The place was clean and tidy when we visited. The gear looked well looked after, and the floors weren’t messy at all. The only thing I noticed was the toilets could’ve used a bit more attention. Not a huge deal, though, still had a good visit. Did anyone else notice the toilets being a bit off, or was it just when we went?

I was hoping for a fun afternoon, but it was so packed that we barely got to do anything. The lines were moving really slowly, and it felt like most of our time was spent just standing around waiting. The staff seemed like they were trying, but they also looked overwhelmed. I’m careful about what I spend on outings, and for what we paid, it just didn’t feel like a good value. I definitely wouldn’t go back on a busy day...

I’d seen a few other people mention the staff were friendly, and I’d agree with that overall. They were nice and helped me when I asked, but at times it felt like they were trying to move things along quickly. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just think it could feel a bit more welcoming...

We had a really good time here, and the price actually felt fair for once. I’ll admit I was kind of expecting some catch or extra charge at the end, since a lot of places seem to do that, but there wasn’t anything weird like that. We checked out a few other options before booking, and this one seemed like the best deal, especially with how long the kids got to play. The staff were friendly too. I’d definitely go back.

I took my kids here on a day when I was in a good mood and just wanted them to burn off some energy. They did have a lot of fun, so I definitely can’t say the visit was all bad.

The main thing that bothered me was the supervision. Staff were around, but it didn’t really feel like they were paying close attention. There were a few bigger kids getting rough in the jump area, and it took a while before anyone stepped in.

The safety briefing also felt really rushed, like they were just trying to get through it quickly. For the price, I expected things to feel a bit more organized and watched over. Fun spot overall, but I left feeling a little uneasy.

We had my son’s birthday party here, and overall it was okay. The kids had a really good time, which matters most. Check-in was a little slow, and the party room felt kind of rushed at the end, which was a bit frustrating. The staff were nice, but they seemed super busy. Not a bad experience at all, I just expected it to feel a little more organized.

We showed up thinking we’d just do one activity and be done quickly, but there was a lot more going on than we expected. There were loads of different options, not just the usual stuff, so we ended up trying a couple extra things because it felt a shame not to.

It was also a good mix for different ages, which made the whole visit easier. I kind of expected we might run out of things to do, but we actually spent a few hours there and nobody got bored.
